I offer one-on-one consulting, group travel retreat workshops, online resources via our Explicit Content group, & comprehensive operations programs [Emergency COO Services] to support you & your healthcare practice goals & vision.
What can I expect during my strategy consult?
During your operations strategy consultation, we will discuss what your concerns are and what changes you would like to see in your practice. I will then offer insight on any shortcomings in your operations systems & share actionable steps on how to improve. You are again offered the opportunity to have me implement the suggested improvement plan over the course of 30 days.
Are your strategy sessions available online?
Yes, we offer both in-person and online coaching sessions to accommodate your schedule and preferences. If you prefer to meet at your offices then a travel fee will be applied to your account.
What is the travel fee for my in-person consult?
This will be sent via invoice upon request & is solely based on the travel fees incurred to attend an in-person meeting at your office. This must be paid prior to your consultation.
