It's story time!! Healthcare operations has always been my strength - an effortless expertise. It started with my dream to become an OB | GYN. On my journey to become a doctor, I did all the premed requirements.
I volunteered in the ER, worked as a receptionist at an urgent care and was even a chiropractic office manager a few times. By the time I finished my second year of medical school; I knew for sure that I was in the wrong place!
How many times did the healthcare [system] personally let me down as I struggled with my own autoimmune conditions? How many jobs & clinic shifts did I have to endure before I admitted how deeply flawed the healthcare system was; not just for the patients but also for the providers & staff?
Too many to count before I realized my dream of becoming a doctor was not my true calling; it was just a way to open my eyes & follow my heart.
Now I am not a numbers person so right now I just have the cause-and-effect results as to why you need me to improve your operations.

As soon as you see me; I command order, empathy & respect. I have many examples of this, especially in my previous jobs. & you can bet your xss I spoke my mind to my superiors when I noticed changes that needed to be made.
When my advice was taken, there were noticeable, long term improvements. & I would rather not mention what happened to the ones that refused my advice....
But my first & favorite example of my expertise is from 10 years ago when I was working as a medical receptionist at an urgent care.
There were 3 clinics when I started and I eventually ended up working at all of them due to constant staffing issues. I was training a new receptionist every week because no one wanted to work there.
It was strange because I couldn't understand why so many of my coworkers left so quickly & why it was my responsibility to carry the extra weight as a new employee myself. I even did billing work and that was my final straw, ugh!
I started investigating & noticing the trends. The CEO & owner of that company approached me because he had heard my concerns & that I even had recommendations. So I compiled my recommendations & even mentioned what would happen if things didn't change soon.
Not long after, I left to continue my path to medical school. & since then, I have noticed this particular CEO taking my advice over the last 10 years & has since partnered with one of the biggest hospitals in Florida & now has 20 more offices open!
And that is just the start! I have also converted an entire chiropractic office from insurance-based to cash-only while retaining 90% of their clients; brought in multiple 6-figures into another practice by focusing on patient retention; & now I can also guide you!

You can bundle all of our services by scheduling your Emergency COO Services here. This includes your strategy consult; 30-days of implementing the strategy plan by me; and free access to my Explicit Content group for you & two staff members!
During your operations strategy consultation, we will discuss what your concerns are and what changes you would like to see in your practice. I will then offer insight on any shortcomings in your operations systems & share actionable steps on how to improve. You are again offered the opportunity to have me implement the suggested improvement plan over the course of 30 days.
Yes, we offer both in-person and online coaching sessions to accommodate your schedule and preferences. If you prefer to meet at your offices and your practice is outside of the general Northwest Florida area, then a travel fee will be applied to your account.
If your office is outside of the Northwest Florida area and you wish for me to audit your practice in-person; then a flat rate of $1,000 will be applied to your account. This will be sent via invoice upon request.
The frequency of sessions depends on your practice's needs and goals. Typically, clients meet with me 2-3x per week to streamline strategy implementation & to create the best outcomes.
